The Maha Prajna Paramita Hrdaya Sutra (숭산스님 번역, 현각스님 교정)

Avalokitesvara Bodhisattva (관자재보살)
when practicing deeply the Prajna Paramita (행심반야바라밀다시)
perceives that all five skandhas are empty (조견오온개공)
and is saved from all sufering and distress. (도일체고액)

Shariputra, (사리자)
form does not differ from emptiness, (색불이공)
emptiness does not differ from form. (공불이색)
That which is form is emptiness, (색즉시공)
that which is emptiness form. (공즉시색)

The same is true of feelings, perceptions, impulses, consciousness. (수상행식 역부여시)

Shariputra, (사리자)
all dharmas are marked with emptiness, (시제법공상)
they do not appear or disappear, (불생불멸)
are not tainted or pure, (불구부정)
do not increase or decrease. (부증불감)

Therefore, in emptiness no form, no feelings, (시고공즉무색)
perceptions, impulses, consciousness. (무수상행식)
No eyes, no ears, no nose, no tongue, no body, no mind, no color, no sound, no smell, no taste, no touch, no object of mind, no realm of eyes (무안이비설신의 무색성향미촉법 무안계)
and so forth until no realm of mind consciousness. (내지무의식계)

No ignorance and also no extinction of it, (무무명역무무명진)
and so forth until no old age and death (내지무노사)
and also no extinction of them. (역무노사진)
No suffering, no origination, no stopping, no path, (무고집멸도)
no cognition, also no attainment with nothing to attain. (무지역무득 이무 소득고)

The Bodhisattva depends on Prajna Paramita (보리살타의반야바라밀다시)
and the mind is no hindrance, (심무가애)
with out any hindrance no fears exist. (무가애고 무유공포)
Far apart from every perverted view one dwells in Nirvana. (원리전도몽상 구경열반)

in the three worlds (삼세제불)
all Buddhas depend on Prajna Paramita (의반야바라밀다시)
and attain Anuttara samyak Sambodhi. (고득아뇩다라삼먁삼보리)

Therefore, know that Prajna Paramita (고지반야바라밀다)
is the great transcendent mantra (시대신주)
is the great bright mantra, (시대명주)
is the utmost mantra, (시무상주)
is the supreme mantra, (시무등등주)

which is able to relieve all suffering (능제일체고)
and is true, not false. (진실불허)
So proclaim the Prajna Paramita mantra, (고설반야바라밀다주)
prclaim themantra which says: (즉설주왈)

gate, gate, paragate, prasamgate, bodhi svaha
gate, gate, paragate, prasamgate, bodhi svaha
gate, gate, paragate, prasamgate, bodhi svaha
